Friends......

Everyone love to make friends around. All of us need friends, including you & me. But friend has been classified as normal friend, say hi & bye friend, good friend, best friend, close friend.....Why? How do we value & differentiate the level of a friend? What kind of friends are considered as good, best, close...?
Is it by the background or the benefit that we gain from?

When I was in secondary school, I have two best friends. We like to joke, talk & share together. We will share to one another of whatever is happy, sad & funny stories, of course no secret between us.
Yes I am very proud to have them as my best friend.

One day, a friend came to me & tell me that my best friends have told something bad behind me. I was surprise! Of course I don't believe it & laugh, surely you have wrongly heard. But another two friends told me the same story as the first. My heart broken just like a vase fell on the floor. I was very sad. Start for that day onwards, I've kept all my secrets away from them. I don't dare to tell anyone again.
Can you imagine your friend hurt you with a knife? Do you think that this is how the best friend should be? What kind of friendship we are?

Yes, I was very angry with them & have a thought to end-up this friendship. But God has spoken to me.....

" In your anger do not sin" : Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry, & do not give the devil a foothold.
                                                                         (Ephesians 4 : 26-27)

Till now we are still in friendship and we are as best as before.
